Not to be confused with Grady Elfman (Riverview).

Grady Elfman is one of Sunset Valley's pre-made maids. He is easily recognizable by his blue shirt and white pants. It's not recommended for a Sim to hire him, since he is a kleptomaniac, and he can steal things from the house if no one is around.

There is a headstone with the name Grady Elfman in the Riverview graveyard. The deceased Grady Elfman has slightly different traits. His death was the result of electrocution.

He can be made playable by marrying him, or asking him to move in. He doesn't have any skills and relationships at the start of the game. Unusually for a pre-made adult, he has four traits instead of the usual five. He shares traits with Kate Pistachio, his female counterpart.
