55 Woodland Drive is the home of Brandi Broke and her two sons, Beau and Dustin.
Outside, the house has a few bushes next to a small porch. In the back of the house is a small square pool with no ladder, which is possibly where Skip had his "suspicious pool ladder accident."
Inside, there is a cheap dining area with a pink kitchen. Nearby, there is an inexpensive living chair and a TV. Beau's crib and toys are in the hallway. Along the hallway is Dustin's room, which has a pinball machine; and the bathroom.
Brandi's bedroom is at the end of the house, and has red wallpaper. Brandi's room is the only room in the house which has furnishings and decorations that aren't cheap.
55 Woodland Drive is the only lot in The Sims 2 that has access to the road on two sides of the house.
