The A Couple Couples Household consist of two young adult couples, Bryce Savage and Courtney Foster, and Seth Monroe and Holly Robins. Each relationship appears to be likely to end up in failure; at least one person in each pair has the commitment issues trait, which may be why neither pair is recognized as boyfriend/girlfriend at the start of the game. Courtney is working her way up the Athletic Career track, Holly and Bryce (the two best friends), went into performing (Magician and Acrobat, respectively), while Seth is unemployed. They live in a luxurious two bathroom house with a pool.
