Alexa Starr is a pre-made playable adult Sim from Bitville, one of the neighborhoods shipped with The Sims Life Stories. She tends to interrupt during conversations and has an addiction to coffee. Alexa also vibrates, most likely because she drinks coffee on a regular basis. She first appears in Vincent's story when Vincent receives a call from her after seeing him on his e-Dating profile and that she'd like to meet him at Don Calamari's for a date. Vincent decides to go and he meets her there. After drinking coffee he heads to the bathroom. Meanwhile, Vincent's ex-girlfriend Samantha Hayden sneaks into the kitchen and sabotages the food. Alexa and Vincent decide to order a meal, but while eating it Alexa falls asleep in her food. After she wakes up, Alexa is embarrassed by the whole situation and she decides to leave the restaurant.

She is later invited over to Vincent's house to hang out at his pool, along with Naomi Hunt and Greg Chomsky, the latter of which requested that Vincent invite her over, since Greg had taken a fancy to her. Meanwhile, Samantha comes into the house and destroys the stereo. Later, Vincent wanted to turn on the stereo but he sees that it's broken, so he decides to fix it but gets shocked. The house party lasts a little longer before everyone goes home.

Alexa lives in 299 Cliffside Drive and becomes playable from there at the end of Vincent's story. When the household is first played, Alexa is 29 days from being an elder. She has the Romance aspiration and the Sagittarius zodiac sign. Even though the story-line implies that Alexa is starting to develop a relationship with Greg, they are usually marked as "Just Met" when either of them are first played. In order for the date with Vincent to go smoothly, she is set to have a 55/55 onesided relationship with him. She has a preset gender preference of +10 to males, -10 to females, reinforced by the story events. She has no skill points like almost all playable Bitville Sims, but does have a small amount of progress towards her first Cooking point, at 0.11.
