Alpine Preserve is a lot that can be found in Vacation Island, from The Sims: Vacation. It is situated at 40 Old Volcano Way.
This winter lot has two igloos and some basic amenities. The small building has a bathroom with toilets, sinks, mirrors, showers, and a changing booth. Outdoors, there is a rental shack, fishing pier, a dock with seating, and two snowball forts. Near the igloos, there are picnic tables and a fire pit. There is a grill on the lot, so Sims won't go hungry.
If Unleashed is installed, two Critter Condos will be present near the igloos, and a Dunginator 9000 will be present in the bathroom.
