She shares the same surname with the Tanner family who is also in the same town. Although she doesn't appear in the family tree nor mentioned in their bio, it can be implied that she is Romon's mother. If so, she might once be a famous chef in the past, due to the fact that Tanner family has been a famous family of chef for the past 4 generations.
