Biography
Ayden Van Gould is what vampires call "old blood." Very rich, proper, and centuries old, Ayden claims to remember the actual founding of Moonlight Falls, even though he was just a wee lad of 47 at the time. From the moment a werewolf hair landed in his soup, he developed a distaste for all things furry. The pesky Wolff family also claiming to be the town founders isn't helping either. Ayden has spent his whole life building up Moonlight Falls into a charming town and is not about to let everything he's built be destroyed by the ridiculous claims of a few Werewolves.

Ayden Van Gould is a pre-made vampire from Moonlight Falls that comes with The Sims 3: Supernatural expansion pack. He resides with his son Tristan and his daughter Emelie. He and his two children are all vampires. He believes himself to be the founder of the town and is enemies with the Wolff family for saying otherwise. At the start of the game, he is at the top of the Business career track as a power broker. He has no skills and carries a copy of "Haute Knights" and three plasma fruits in his inventory.

Ayden is good friends with Pip Goodfellow and friends with his children, Tristan and Emelie. He is enemies with Pappy Wolff.

Ayden may be a spoof of old school vampires, such as Bela Lugosi's Dracula, with whom he shares a resemblance. This is shared with Count Snypes and Countess Snypes, who are nods to old school vampires in real time and in previous Sims generations. He may also be a spoof of Barnabus Collins from Dark Shadows, or Bill Compton from True Blood.
