BJ Schehl is one of the pre-made townies who resides in the Free Play version of Four Corners, one of the neighborhoods shipped with The Sims Life Stories. He can be made playable by befriending and asking him to move in, or by marrying him. BJ is employed in the Science career as a Field Researcher at the start of the game. He has the same facial structure as Ratna Fuchs.

As far as personality, BJ is somewhat neat, active, and nice. But he is quite shy and somewhat serious.
