Barmaid Rosie is the name of two separate, unrelated barmaid NPCs from The Sims: Hot Date who function identically to one another.

Barmaid Rosie (DTS Bar System)

Barmaid Rosie is one of the NPC barmaids that works at Downtown community lots where the DTS Bar System is present with at least one table and chair in the room. Like other barmaids, she will deliver drinks to sims who order them while seated at a table. Otherwise, she will stand around.

She is nearly identical in appearance to Barmaid Renee and Barmaid Sandy, the two other barmaids that work at the DTS Bar System, although Barmaid Rosie has dark skin. She wears her brown, curly hair in pigtails with white bands, and wears a dirndl, with a puff-sleeved white blouse, black bodice, and a red mid-thigh length skirt with a white waist apron. She also wears opaque taupe tights and plain black flats.

She also shares the same head as Maid Marrion from Vacation Island. Like most NPCs in The Sims, she cannot be interacted in any way outside of her intended function.

Barmaid Rosie (TransLight Bar Station)

Barmaid Rosie is also the name of another NPC barmaid that works at Downtown community lots where the TransLight Bar Station is present along with at least one table and chair in the room. Apart from having the same name and skin tone as Barmaid Rosie, the two are completely unrelated, and are even capable of spawning on the same lot if both have their respective bar objects present. Like other barmaids, she will deliver drinks to sims who order them while seated at a table. Otherwise, she will stand around.

She wears her red hair in thin, braided pigtails that reach down to her shoulders with bright green bows tied in near the end. She wears a yellow short-sleeved crop top with a purple and green flower design on the front and baggy blue jeans with pastel purple detailing along the cuff and pockets with a pink belt and dark blue-gray sneakers. She also wears a blue and purple necklace, as well as a pair of multi-colored arm warmers, with the right arm warmer worn higher than the left.

Like most NPCs in The Sims, she cannot be interacted in any way outside of her intended function.
