Bella Ciao is an Urb from the Foundry in Urbzville. She is very noticeable with her long black hair and black hat. She also has a unique walk as well. She teaches the player's Urb "Compare Cell Phone". She's usually seen comparing her cell phone, getting an espresso, or watching an artsy dance. Due to her wearing solid-colored brown glasses, her eyes are not seen so it's hard to state her eye color.
