Berkeley Clodd is a Sim found in The Urbz: Sims in the City (handheld).
Biography[edit | edit source]
Berkeley is an expert con artist and magician who frequently scams gullible people of their money. He has probably amassed a large fortune as a result of his dealings.
Berkeley is a vain and cunning, yet clever and sophisticated man. He often talks about the methods he uses to trick people, such as three card monte, and will even go so far as try to sell out his friends if he can make money out of it. Berkeley is also shown to be quite charismatic and garrulous.
Berkeley is presumably laying low from the police, as he mentions that he has no permanent home. He often hangs around Urbania, the Carnival, and the Casino.
Life leading up to The Urbz: Sims in the City (handheld)[edit | edit source]
In Mission 2, Berkeley tasks the player with buying a §250 Shrunken Head from the Second Looks Thrift Store auction, in order to refurbish it and sell it for 12 times the price. In return, he gives the player a hoverboard to use. He will also try to sell the player a thesis for §500 for the player's university admission course, but this will not be accepted and the player would have wasted the money.
In Mission 3, Berkeley is running a crime ring at the Casino with Giuseppi Mezzoalto and he gives the player a briefcase containing §1,000,000 to give to Giuseppi.
In Mission 5, Giuseppi reveals that he has been working undercover with Detective Dan D. Mann in order to get hold of Berkeley, however it is not known if they managed to arrest Berkeley or if he managed to get away.
