Birth Queen was the mother of Birth Queen and the maternal grandmother of Pollination Technician 9 Smith and the great grandmother to his children, Johnny, Jill, Chloe and Lola. As she is already deceased at the start of the game she can only be seen in Pollination Technician 9 Smith's family tree.

Strangely when viewing her relationships in SimPE, Birth has no relation to Colony Drone 2121, who was her daughter's father. According to Birth's SimDNA, her genetics are for black hair. Before she died, she was 38 days from being an elder, meaning that she may have used the Elixir of Life shortly after entering adulthood.
