Bjorn Beaker is an unplayable, deceased Sim who is featured as an ancestor of playable Sims in The Sims 2. During his life, he resided in Strangetown, one of the three precreated neighborhoods that ships with the game. Bjorn was the spouse of Gundrun Beaker, and with her had two children, Loki Beaker and Erin Singles. He was the only son of Canute Beaker and Gertrude Beaker.

According to Bjorn's SimDNA in SimPE he had blond hair before it turned grey. Similar to General Chip Grunt, his eye and hair genetics are inconsistent with that of his parents' genetics. Bjorn's name proves that his family has Scandinavian ancestry, as his name translates to bear. He and his family might have Swedish roots.

Though Bjorn's thumbnail displays brown eyes his genetics are for light blue eyes. The reason for this is because he has a corrupted face. According to his age data in SimPE, he had 20 days left in the elder stage when he died.

Bjorn returns in The Sims 3 as an adult, living with his family in Aurora Skies. He has 5 points in Gardening and 3 in Handiness and works as an Aquatic Ecosystem Tweaker. When first played, in Aurora Skies, he is 11 days away from becoming an elder.
