The break dancer is an NPC, featured in The Sims 2: Apartment Life. They will spawn when the Break Dance mat is placed on a community lot. Sims can watch or learn dances for §75. Break dancers always have the same outfits, even though they're different Sims with different facial structures. They are always adults.
Their outfits can be found in CAS by turning on debugging mode.
Warning
Do NOT attempt to add Break Dancers to a household, make them selectable, or tamper with them in any way or form. Doing so will corrupt the neighborhood they are in.
