Cara Lewis is one of the pre-made child townies in Bluewater Village from The Sims 2: Open for Business. She can be made playable by befriending and aging her up with another child , and sending her off to college . Cara's relationships with other townies are usually randomized at the start of the game. Her interests are randomized at the start of the game. It is only referenced in the game files that she has no interests.

The game files reveal that Cara starts off with no School enrollment or school grade. When she is first spawned in-game, she will be a C student enrolled in public school. Cara's name is randomized when Bluewater Village is generated. The name "Cara Lewis" is only referenced in the game files. She has a similarity likeness to Asia McCarthy, a child downtownie from Downtown.

Cara has the same facial structure as Allison Fuchs. When she grows into a teenager, she will have the same halo hairstyle as Olive Specter. The same occurrence happens if the player creates an older Sim with the halo hairstyle and changes their age to a child before exiting CAS. It is unknown if Cara underwent the same process during development.
