Casper Santos is a pre-made social worker from Sunset Valley. He brings newly adopted children to their new home. He can be made playable by marrying him, or asking him to move in. He doesn't have any skills and relationships at the start of the game. He is one of the few pre-made sims to have a unibrow. Even though he has black hair, but seems to be gray, implying that he dyed his hair. His female counterpart is Alessandra Thistle.
