Catherine Best is a pre-made female Sim introduced in Showtime with her family. At the start of the game, she is soon to realize that she is pregnant with an unborn baby. Raising the unborn baby and the other kids would fulfill her lifetime wish. She is friends with everyone in her family and enemies with the Gooder family. Catherine is 12 days away from becoming an elder and has not learned any skills yet. Her hair is red but all her children's hair is either brown or blonde. This could possibly mean that she dyes her hair, even though the game mechanism considers all hair color valid to inherit, even when dyed, which explains why the baby may be born with red hair.
