Cecelia Kupyi is one of the pre-made deceased ancestral Sims who resided during her lifetime in Belladonna Cove, the neighborhood shipped with The Sims 2: Apartment Life. She was the wife of Paul Kupyi, the mother of Lucia Riley (née Kupyi), the grandmother of Timothy Riley, and the great-grandmother of Sally Riley. Cecelia is completely resurrectable, even though she doesn't have a grave. She has the Romance aspiration, and the Aquarius zodiac sign. As far as personality, Cecelia is quite playful and somewhat nice. But she is somewhat sloppy, shy, and lazy.

According to Cecelia's SimDNA in SimPE, her hair was blonde before it turned grey. According to her age data, she had 15 days left in the elder life stage when she died. Cecelia's facial structure is almost if not identical to the 11th Maxis face template in Create a Sim. Unlike several other married ancestors from Apartment Life who have memories of their spouses, she only has Mystery Sim memories. However Cecelia still has the memory of giving birth to Lucia.
