Chandler Rauscher is one of the pre-made NPC repairmen who resides in Four Corners, one of the neighborhoods shipped with The Sims Life Stories. The other two repairmen are Marion Centowski and Cale Mendoza. He can be made playable by befriending and asking him to move in, or by marrying him. Chandler has long grey hair in cornrows, grey eyes, and tanned skin. He is a Romance Sim with the Taurus zodiac sign.

As far as personality, Chandler is very neat, somewhat active, and quite nice. But he is very shy and quite serious. When it comes to Chandler's skill points, he has maximized the mechanical skill, and is on his way towards maximizing the logic skill. He is mostly interested in Environment, Travel, and Entertainment. Chandler has the same facial structure as Edward Mellon.

According to his SimDNA in SimPE, his hair was black before it turned grey. Sometimes if Chandler is made playable, his PlumbBob will be inside him, instead of above his head. This happens with several other NPCs in Life Stories. Chandler's turn ons/offs are randomized at the start of the game. It is only referenced in the game files that he has no turn ons/offs. Often going unnoticed, Chandler has the same personality as Candice Wren.
