Clarice Freebers is a premade Sim who is playable in the freeplay mode of The Sims 2 on consoles. She lives with Winston, along with Horatio and Cindy in Strangetown at 8 Rockpile Rd.
It is possible the developers meant for Clarice to be the elderly mother of Cindy and Horatio. However, family ties and children aren't featured in the console version in The Sims 2. Therefore, they are treated as roommates with the same surname. Clarice's appearance portrays her as an elder. This is only cosmetic, since there's no age in the game.
