Conrad Lawson is one of the pre-made NPC repairmen who resides in the Free Play version of Four Corners, one of the neighborhoods shipped with The Sims Life Stories. The other two repairmen are Pamela Phelps and Scot Ebadi. He can be made playable by befriending and asking him to move in, or by marrying him. Conrad has long grey hair in cornrows, grey eyes, and dark skin.

He is a Romance Sim with the Taurus zodiac sign. As far as personality, Conrad is quite neat, and somewhat active and nice. But he is extremely shy and quite serious. When it comes to Conrad's skill points, he has maximized the mechanical skill, and is close to maximizing the creativity skill. He is mostly interested in Fashion, Crime, and Work. Conrad has the same facial structure as Douglas Ajjanagadde. According to his SimDNA in SimPE, his hair was red before it turned grey.

Sometimes if Conrad is made playable, his PlumbBob will be inside him, instead of above his head. This happens with several other NPCs in Life Stories. Conrad's turn ons/offs are randomized at the start of the game. It is only referenced in the game files that he has no turn ons/offs. Often going unnoticed, Conrad has 22 personality points, instead of the usual 25. Despite his lifetime want, he isn't interested in Food.
