Count Cooper Baena is one of the pre-made NPC grand vampires in Downtown from The Sims 2: Nightlife. He can be made playable by befriending and asking him to move in, or by marrying him. Cooper has the same facial structure as Goopy GilsCarbo.

His name is randomized when Downtown is generated. The name "Count Cooper Baena" is only referenced in the game files. Cooper's SimDNA in SimPE confirms that he had dark skin and green eyes before he became a vampire.

Despite being a Pleasure Sim, he has the lifetime want to reach the top of the Politics career. This want makes Cooper compatible, at least in theory, with a Popularity Sim, though he would have better chemistry with a Romance Sim.
