Crystal is an Urb residing in Miniopolis. She works for a fashion magazine and is a part of the Streeties. She likes to watch television with dance music playing so every show appears like a fashion show to her. She appears in one Urb related comics (called Urbz Comix) drawn by R Stevens. In the comic she is seen trying to get into a VIP Room, but is blocked by a Bouncer.

In the handled version of The Urbz: Sims in the City, Crystal is a girl who likes the streets and prefers places that are dirty and grungy, but also shows a soft side, as she also enjoys making strawberry tiramisu. Crystal's parents own Club Xizzle, which is hidden in Urbania, and in order to find out more about it, one must take her out on a 24-hour date. Buying her a pizza, playing an arcade game, going shopping and buying her a gift, will make her spill the beans... somewhat. She'll tell her Date what she knows about 'Souvenir Beads' and 'Special Skills', but she will not divulge on how to get into the club as she is not allowed to tell. Since the Club is considered like a secret society that one has to discover on their own.
