It's not known why she and the other aliens died but the flyover video suggests that their UFOs crashed and that could be the reason why they died. Her gravestone can be found in Green Stonehenge.Her bio hints that she was in love with PT HD 85512b.

Shortly before PT Gliese 581g died, she had impregnated Aaron Atkins who is currently pregnant with unborn twins.

PT Gliese 581g is a full alien (100% alien DNA), so her children will most likely inherit her skintone/eyes and will be half-aliens (50% alien DNA).
