Eli Vokoban is an elderly Sim who lives in Lucky Palms. His frugality made him rich, and this attracted the much younger Lina Lancaster. The latter is pregnant, but he is not the father of her soon-to-be born baby, Jaycen Hendrix is. Eli has 6 points in charisma and 1 in cooking.
He is said to be a womanizer, but none of his lovers except Lina can be found anywhere in the game. It is also said he is a three-time widower but there is no dead sim that was married to him. The bio also says he had twice as many mistresses, meaning that he would have had nine lovers before meeting Lina, who would be his tenth lover.
