Elliot Parr is a pre-made repo-man from Appaloosa Plains. He can be made playable by marrying him, or asking him to move in. He has no skills and relationships at the start of the game. He is slightly less mean than his female counterpart Mollie Bullock, but his numerous negative traits still make him undesirable company.
He shares the same surname with Xander Parr from Isla Paradiso, though a family connection between the two is unlikely.
