She shares her full name with a Strangetown paper delivery girl. Esther's skills and interests are randomized upon loading La Fiesta Tech. It is only referenced in the game files that she has no skills, interests, or major.
Esther's name is randomized when La Fiesta Tech is generated. The name "Esther Tse" is only referenced in the game files.
