Albany Capp
Biography
Albany loves his children. Too bad they don't love each other. Can he convince them that family is important? And can he convince Goneril as well?
Albany Capp (ne Norman) is the husband of Goneril Capp and stay-at-home-dad of Miranda, Hal, Desdemona, and Ariel Capp. He lives with his family in a large house on Bard Boulevard.
Albany was married to Goneril via arrangement, largely out of desperation as his family, though prestigious, had recently fallen on hard times. He was delighted to find out that she, too, wanted children, and they started their family right away. Although Albany, being a house-husband, did most of the childcare work, he and Goneril split the teaching of their children's toddler skills rather evenly. Albany is very proud of the fact that none of his children have ever grown up badly. He sometimes regrets not having even more children, but with both him and Goneril passing childbearing age, he's beginning to realize that having another baby at this point probably isn't as good an idea as he's always thought.
Despite the growing rift and potential feud between Albany's sister-in-law Regan and her ex-husband, Albany maintains a friendship with Cornwall Dane. However, he fully endorses the feud with the Montys.
Recently, Albany has become particularly vehement in supporting the Capp/Monty feud after the Montys set their pet arsonist on his family home. Luckily, nobody was hurt and the fire department arrived quickly enough to save the house, but Albany is not the most forgiving of Sims, and once someone goes for his family, they are completely and utterly evil in his eyes.
