Alfonso is the son of Griffin Alto and Tenika Wahine, grandson of Leo and Sera Wahine, father of Ashley and Scott, ex-lover of Florita Hinton, widow of Deanne and husband of Lopita Alto.
He is the child of Griffin and Tenika, whose relationship was never approved by his mothers parents and they never got married. Alfonso got married to his lover, Deanne and had a baby girl, Ashley. Fifteen years later, Lopita had arrived in Alfonsos life and strangely enough, Deanne died. Not long later Lopita and Alfonso got married.
He was never happy with the marriage with Lopita despite everything, so he began to have an affair with Florita. He ended the relationship once he found out that she was pregnant with his child. She gave birth to a son and named him Scott.
