Angela appears in The Sims 3 in Sunset Valley as a child. At the start of the game, Angela is acquaintances with Darlene Bunch, good friends with Bella Bachelor, friends with Kaylynn Langerak, and good friends with William Turner. Angela's traits are Over Emotional, Friendly, and Bookworm. Angela lives with her parents: Rebecca Stark, and Kyle Stark. At the start of the game, Angela will have "Murder In Pleasantview" in her inventory even though she does not appear in Pleasantview in The Sims 2. Angela does not have any skills at the start of the game.
In The Sims 2, Angela is living with her daughter Amber in an Apartment in Belladonna Cove as an Adult. When one inspects her memories and relationship panel, they will see that Angela had triplets with William Stark, (Adam, Amber, Nora) However William cheated on her with Erica Barber and William moved out with Erica, Adam, and Nora, taking most of the household currency. Angela is closer to Amber than anyone else. Angela's Personality Points, and Turn Ons or Turn Offs, are randomized at the start of the game, but she will always have the Family Aspiration. Angela does not have a job at the start of the game but it is recommended for the player to give her one.
Angela's outfit will change when Apartment Life is installed
If Angela is moved to Pleasentanview, she will automatically have a friendship with Bella Goth, but not Kaylynn.
There is a headstone of Angela in Lunar Lakes, if resscurrented, even with Ambrosia, this Angela will look like a zombified version of Sims 2 Angela, and if Supernatural is not installed, this will cause Game Corruption.
