Ashley "Ash" Ramirez was Vincent Ramirez's deceased older brother, he was friend with his younger brother. He wearing a 70s style suit, hint his dead was happened before many years ago. According to his caption, appearance, favourite music, career, lifetime wish, traits and relatively high painting skill, he is a spoof of Richard Ramirez.

At first sight he and Vincent are almost the same, but actually have obvious differences; Ashley has larger mouth and slightly thicker lips, his expression also more sinister, those details make that his face structure is obviously a "high end version" Richard Ramirez.
