Belinda Acton-Weathers (formerly Beckett Acton-Weathers) is a playable transgender Sim residing in the Beach District of Crystal Lake. She is dating David Long and has two siblings, Renna and Linn. Her parents are Mel Acton-Weathers and Adrian Acton-Weathers.

Belinda is a teen who is four days away from becoming a young adult, making her six days older than Renna. She is a barista and has five skill points in logic, four skill points in painting, and two skill points in mixology.

She is friends with everyone in the Acton-Weathers family. Her best friend is Una O'Sullivan and she is good friends with Clarion Darkon, despite the Acton-Weathers family's general dislike of the Darkon family. She is friends with Shelsea Centris and Lilianna Adams. She is acquaintances with a few others in the neighborhood and has no negative relationships.
