Benvolio Monty is the youngest child of Mercutio and Hermia Monty. He lives at Monty Ranch in Veronaville with his parents and his older sister, Emilia.

Being the child of a Monty and a Capp, Benvolio is related to many people in Veronaville. He is a cousin to Rosaline, Valentine and Paris Monty. He is the nephew of Romeo Monty, Juliette Monty and Tybalt Capp.

Like all characters residing in Veronaville, Benvolio is named after a character from a Shakespeare play. Benvolio's namesake is Benvolio from Romeo and Juliet, Romeo's cousin and a friend to both Romeo and Mercutio.
