Caliban Capp makes his returning debut in the Sims 3 as an adult, dead as he may be in the weirdly named Pleasant Strangeville, of the Veronaville sector.

Life in PSV

He is the only one in his household. According to his personal and family bio, he doesn't remember what happened before the fire that claimed his life. He is at the stranger level with Cordelia simply because he cannot find her. Outside of the household, he only knows his boss Lazlo Curious. He works as an Investigative Reporter. He is 30 days away from elderhood.
