Carlotta Gabore was born in 1938 to Gloria and Marlon Gabore. The Gabore's were a lower class family struggling to survive in a poor American community. As Carlotta began her poorly funded education, she performed well the most in her cooking classes. At age 20, Carlotta Gabore took out a small loan and opened a bakery called "Carlotta Galore Cakes".
"Carlotta Galore Cakes" did reasonably well annually, but after heavy taxes were brought on to Gloria and Marlon, Carlotta needed to improve her business as best as she could, she began introducing new types of food, steering away from the bakery she had dreamed of, she opened a market of sorts, in which Carlotta would make every single item at 6:00 AM every day, and sell out by 12.
Take-off
One day, a businessman entered Carlotta's market, tried her food, and offered her a large amount of money to improve her business and make a chain of markets. Carlotta did so, and soon had a chain of restaurants, bakeries and markets over her town. The businessman told her to take it professionally and start on a multi-million simoleon company. At age 30, Carlotta owned an incredibly massive company. She needed help, it was overwhelming.
As part of the new staff she required, a PA was needed. Many young hopefuls were desperate to get into Carlotta's good books, they were given a series of tasks to complete, but what Carlotta was really looking for was how well she got on with her trainees. One candidate was successful, Jacqueline Simmons. Jacqueline Simmons was offered a place inside Carlotta's home, in which she would answer phone calls, write down important dates, sit in on important meetings and attend dinner parties with.
After decades of impressive business, 2017 saw numbers started to decline, people were buying pre-prepared meals, hardly anyone was cooking anymore. Carlotta had a tip-off from one of her old friends that a new city had opened up, it was very old-fashioned, and needed something new. Carlotta told Jacqueline this, and told her to pack and get ready to move as they were going to start a new business in Riverview.
