Casper Jones is one of a pre-made deceased ancestral Sim who resided during his lifetime in Fanon:Blue Lake, in my custom neighborhood. He was the son of Victor and Valerie Jones, the husband of Barb Jones, the father of Lucinda Summers and the grandfather of Garreth and Isabelle Summers.
