Chase Newbie is a Servo in SimVille. He was activated by Amar Newbie and currently resides with the Newbie family.

Chase was created with the purpose of helping Amar with the gardening and outdoor maintenance of the Newbie's property. The Newbies once owned a large vegetable garden with the purpose of growing enough produce to sell in an owned business. Amar quickly found it was backbreaking work that left him little time to tend to the rest of the house, so he created Chase to help out. Since then, the garden plants have been moved to Amar's Flowers & Craftables and Fresh Rush Grocery,^{[n 1]} giving Chase plenty of time to do other things after taking care of the few flowers and hedges that remain. In addition to having a gold talent badge in gardening, Chase also has gold badges in fishing and pottery.

While Chase has gold badges in sales and restocking, he generally only performs these duties when there isn't anyone else available, or when the lot doesn't have a garden for him to tend to.

Chase has fulfilled the "Have 20 Simultaneous Best Friends" lifetime want, and currently wants to reach the top of the military career.
