Cheryl, like her siblings, grew up in the slums. Being the most outgoing member of the family, she used the overcrowded nature of the favelas to her advantage, befriending virtually everybody around her, and had more friends than Julio did. Cheryl was popular with the other kids in the neighbourhood, and her photographic memory allowed her to remember all of their names and faces. While Cheryl was sad to leave her friends behind, she saw SimVille as an opportunity to make new ones, instead of moping about her loss indefinitely like Julio.
While Cheryl enjoys company outside of the home, she gets along well with Garrett and Evan, but not so much with Thomas and Julio.
