Biography[edit | edit source]
Claire Bennett was the oldest daughter of Phil and Raina. She was born on June 20 in a city not too far away from Sim Lane. She is a very talented Sim. Straight A+ student, head cheerleader, class president, president of basically every club in school, one of the most popular kids in school, she really is every parent's dream. Ever since she was young, Claire always knew she wanted to lead in something, like being the President! In high school she ran into Matt Roderick, an old preschool friend. At first Claire found him arrogant and often ignored his antics. But when she got to know him better, she became his best (and only) friend. Eventually they started dating. They started out strong but once graduation hit, things changed between them. That summer Matt became ill with a brain tumor, which took months for him to recover from. Claire eventually turned down her scholarship to Yale that fall in order to stay with him. He recovered fully by the end of the year and the whole thing bought them closer than ever. But then they began to drift. Claire doesn't go in much detail about what happened but eventually things just went bad between them and it was over.
Life in The Sims[edit | edit source]
Nearly two years after the breakup, Claire moved to Sim Lane to take classes at SimU. Months later she went to greet a new neighbor and guess who was there? The reunion was a bit awkward at first but eventually the two acted like the last few years never happened. Their love blossomed again and Matt proposed to Claire. She immediately accepted and not long after that daughters Katherine and Brittany were born less than a year apart! Now they are a happy family with a great house thanks to Matt's inheritance which has a floating garden! Looks like all their problems in the past are all forgotten now.
Or maybe not so much. Turns out that Matt and Audree were having an affair behind her back. Claire becomes upset and attacks Audree. She and Matt are fighting and the girls are scared. Brittany prefers to spend time with the Buchanans now, especially with Carl Jr. Claire feels like she can't spend time with Matt without fighting. At times their fights would get a bit violent. Could that be the reason why Claire's wearing long sleeves lately?
Eventually things got so strained between them that Claire filed for divorce. After that they barely spoke to each other. Claire and the girls stayed for a year in Sim Lane after Matt left until she got a job offer back home. She immediately accepted and moved.
Epilogue[edit | edit source]
Claire stayed with her parents for a few months before finding a place of her own. She became a journalist for a local paper while Katherine and Brittany attend her old school and making their mark. She encouraged them to do their best and not live under her shadow.
Then a few years later Claire ran into Matt. The two eventually reconciled their relationship although she was initially reluctant. Matt quickly became part of the family and Claire was willing to forgive him.

Fanon:Matt Roderick They have problems every now and then but they are a really good couple. Matt was the last person other Sims thought Claire would be with because they thought that she could do much better. Sometimes Claire loves him and other times can't stand him. He can be a handful sometimes but once she really got to know him, she knew that he needed someone and that someone was her.
Unfortunately things fell apart when Claire discovered that he was having an affair with Audree. The future of the marriage looks very shaky. Claire's tired of Matt's issues. Maybe it's time to throw in the towel with him. She did, resulting in a few years of estrangement from him. After a few years things seem to be on the mend with them again and Claire hopes this is where the roller coaster stops.
Katherine She looks a lot like her father but her personality is just like her mother's! She is very close to her parents and sister. On most days after school, she can be found playing chess with her little sis. Katherine is class president and head cheerleader at school.
Brittany Looks like her mother, acts like her father! She has this very forward attitude that may scare some Sims off. She can get a bit mean at times but once you get to really know her, she's a great friend to hang around with! Like her sister, Brittany is also a cheerleader and is president of the drama club.
Friends[edit | edit source]
Fanon:Rachel Buchanan Rachel was one of Claire's first friend in Sim Lane. She really likes her and her family. Claire hopes to become a great mother like her. She is defintely the go to Sim for advice on food and kids!
Fanon:Shannon Wimble Claire was one of the first to greet Shannon when she and her daughter Denni moved to Sim Lane not too long ago. Claire always cheers when she plays the piano for guests. They have become a lot closer and love to spend time at each other's houses.
Enemies[edit | edit source]
Fanon:Audree Cardova Claire absolutely hates her. She seems like a nice person until she started making moves on Matt. Claire decided to give a black eye to her after catching them kissing in the kitchen.
