Darren Dreamer is a Sim in my version of Pleasantview. He is the son of the now deceased Davis and Delilah Dreamer.. At the start of the game, his wife Darleen Dreamer is deceased, leaving him with his son Dirk.

Darren has quit his job in the business career track around the time of his wife's untimely death, and hopes to paint for a living instead. He has seven points in the creativity skill, and may be able to bring in some money if he spends enough time at his easel.

However, the family is extremely short of money and is on the verge of a repo-man visit, due to the amount of unpaid bills lying around the house.

Don is secretly in love with his best friend Cassandra Goth, but Cassandra is engaged to marry Don Lothario, whom Darren considers an enemy.
