Elijiah Delgapho is a Sim residing in Pleasantview, the brother of the wealthy Henrietta Goth, created by Facebookerror.

Biography

Constantly living in his older sister's shadow, Elijiah always felt that he could never be good enough. One of the few Delgapho's to go from riches to rags, Elijiah is often looked down on by other family members. But, despite the fact that he is looked down on, he still manages to make plenty of friends.

Elijiah is a very good chess player, learning all the moves and tricks from his mother. He also loves to play basketball, having been an all-star player in high school.

Childhood

Elijiah and his family moved to Pleasantview when his mother was offered a job at the local high school. Elijiah didn't have many friends at first, preferring to keep to himself. One night, while Elijiah was in the bed, he heard a scream coming from the front yard. He threw open to curtains to see his mother brutally attack Jennifer Lothario, his sister staring in amazement. He went back to bed, thinking it wasn't his business. Just as he was dozing off, his mother came into the room and explained that his father had been having an affair with Jennifer. Dazed and confused, Elijiah just started crying, followed by his mother. They both went into Henrietta's room, and the three just cried.

When Elijiah went to school the next morning, a young girl by the name of Gabriella asked him what was wrong. When he told her his parents had split up, she told him to be lucky because she didn't have any parents. The two hit it off well, and became close friends.

Teenhood

Elijiah grew up, surprisingly, well. Soon after his birthday he heard tell that his father had married Jennifer, but he didn't particularly care. He didn't even shed a tear a month after when he heard his father had passed away.

Shortly after Elijiah started high school, Henrietta graduated. She then married her high school beau, Alexander Goth, and Elijiah couldn't have been happier for his sister.

Elijiah and Gabriella eventually became even closer, and he asked her out. She accepted, and he was ever pleased. The pair did everything together, and she was a frequent guest at his house. However, things took a turn when Elijiah suggested that they WooHoo. After their first time, Gabriella came to Elijiah after school and told him that she was pregnant. Breathless, Elijiah panicked and ran away, Gabriella crying. First thing, he told his mom. A strong Christian, she threatened him and explained that they were going to get married before the baby was born so he wouldn't be illegitimate.

Elijiah called Gabriella and told her that he would stay by her side, and explained what his mother had said. His mother arranged for a quick wedding with the Justice of the Peace, and she bought them a trailer home (once owned by Brandi Broke).

Elijiah was hired as a waiter at Kaylynn Langerak's restaurant, The Breakfast House, and that remained the young couple's only source of income until Gabriella was hired as an aerobics instructor. While at work one evening, received a call that his mother had passed away. Devastated, Elijiah spent the remainder of his wife's pregnancy grieving. However, he was uplifted when his sister's son, William was born. In the middle of a winter night. Deanna Delgapho was born to Elijiah and Gabriella, and Elijiah finally realized that he had to grow up quickly.

Adulthood

After Deanna was born, both Gabriella and Elijiah aged up to Adults. They couple spent most of their time working and taking care of the baby, having time for nothing else. Deanna then aged to a toddler, and Elijiah taught her how to talk. When Deanna was still a toddler, Gabriella became pregnant again. Being relatively poor, the family was now even shorter of funds.

Deanna then aged to a child, and baby Derek was born. Under constant scrutiny and pressure from his wife, Elijiah joined the Law Enforcement career. Elijiah taught Derek how to both walk and use the potty, his wife slowly losing interest in the children's life.

When Gabriella found out she was once again pregnant, no one was excited. The trailer was filthy, Elijiah having to work and watch after the kids all the time, and Gabriella refusing to do anything but watch television. While at home one day, Henrietta visits. Trying to offer assistance and/or money, Elijiah politely ask her to leave, which she does. Derek becomes a child, and shortly after Deidi is born.

The Mayor of Pleasantview, and Gabriella's brother, Gavin Newson, provides a visit and notifies the family that the house will be condemned if they don't clean it up. Following the Mayor's notification, an once again pregnant Gabriella leaves Elijiah and files for divorce.

Completely devastated, Elijiah somewhat cleans up the house, and the mayor doesn't condemn the house. Elijiah hears that a new, single woman has moved into town, and Elijiah decides to join the local wagon. The woman, Tara Kat, falls head over heels for Elijiah, and they go on a date at The Breakfast House. Elijiah decides to propose to Tara, and she accepts. She, along with her three cats, move in, bringing money with them. This leaves the family with plenty of money, and they buy a bigger home, where they marry.

Trivia

• Elijiah has had the upper hand in raising all his children, with the exception of Diane, who Gabriella tries to keep away from him.
• Elijiah used to have longer hair.
• The creator unintentionally misspelled Elijiah's name. It is supposed to be spelled Elijah.
