Evan Cuevas is a Sim in SimVille. He is the youngest son of Thomas and Isabelle Cuevas, and the youngest brother of Julio, Garrett, and Cheryl Cuevas.

Evan, like the other members of his family, grew up in the slums. Unlike Julio, Evan grew up almost entirely under the protection of his older brother Garrett, and liked him the most out of everyone in the family. While he is close to Garrett, Isabelle, and Cheryl, he doesn't have much of an attachment to Thomas or Julio.

Unlike the other Cuevas, Evan had no problems with coming to SimVille. He enjoys the fresh, clean air and the lower population density. Evan particularly likes his new house, which is many magnitudes larger than the slum he used to live in.

Evan's character is based on the younger brother of Garrett in K6ka's novel For my little brother,^{[n 1]} who was also named Evan. While the novel mostly focuses on the relationship between him and Garrett, it should be noted that the "little brother" part of the title specifically refers to Evan.
