Fiona Gallagher is a sim who lives in Dragon Valley. She lives in a large house with her two brothers, Lip and Ian Gallagher. Her other siblings include a sister, Debbie Gallagher and Carl Gallagher.
Fiona was born in Sunset Valley to Frank Gallagher and Monica Maguire, but moved to Dragon Valley with her four siblings after she aged into a young adult. She is employed as a world renowned surgeon. She has one child, a daughter named Mandy Gallagher.
Fiona was raised by neglectful parents and ended up being her siblings' caretaker at a young age. Upon reaching young adult, Fiona received custody of all four Gallagher siblings and moved to Dragon Valley to escape her parents and provide a better life for her siblings.
She was in a very brief relationship with Riordan Mithrilen, which produced one child, Mandy Gallagher. After her birth, Riordan cut contact with Fiona and Fiona is left to raise Mandy, with the help of Lip and Ian.
