 Flat Broke is the husband of Flo, the father of Ruby and the older brother of Buck Broke, the future father of Skip Broke and the brother-in-law of Mary Lu. 

Biography

Flat Broke was most likely born into poverty and years later, his brother Buck joined the family. At some point in his teens, he went steady with a local girl named Flo Pauper whom he would go on to marry. Shortly before moving to Aridtown, their daughter Ruby was born.

Trivia

• Flat's appearance is mostly based on how he looks in The Sims 3, though thinner, younger, handsomer and less scruffy. When he becomes an elder, I will add the receding hairline and his beard.
• I fixed the age difference between Brandi and Skip by having none of them be born until later in the game. In fact, Ruby is just a toddler. I also made the Brokes and the Newbies about the same age.
• I made Flat's hair color blonde because Ruby and Flo has red hair. He basically looks like a fatter, scruffier version of his son.
