Flavian Pachis is a deceased Sim in town. Before he died, he lived with Jason, Alyssa and Sofia in an apartment. He is the husband of Theresia, the father of Jason Pachis, is Sofia's grandfather and Violet's great-grandfather. He was the neighbor of the Contrary family, Jocque family and Miller family. In Jason's memories, he died after Sofia became a teenager.
