Florence Delarosa is a Sim residing in Bluewater Village, a part of the Pleasantview Megahood. She is the only child of the late William and Mary Delarosa, the husband of Kent Delarosa (né Capp), and the mother of Florian Delarosa. She currently has 10 days left before ageing into an Elder.

Florence has run her flower store, Delarosa's Flowers, since moving to Bluewater Village. She initially ran it alone, but once she got married, her husband began to help her out.
