Franklin Alto is part of the notorious Alto family. He lives in Marina City with his son's family. The family bio states that Franklin runs the town, and likely by illegal means, referenced by his career choice. Franklin's traits cause him to be rather irrational and temperamental, but also able to present himself in a professional manner. Franklin is the son of Bert Alto from Hidden Springs. Franklin has 7 athletic skill points, 3 points in logic and 6 in charisma.
