Garrett Cuevas is a Sim in SimVille. He is the second-oldest son of Thomas and Isabelle Cuevas, and the second-oldest brother of Julio, Cheryl, and Evan Cuevas.

Garrett also grew up in the slums, and like Julio, sought to make the best out of his situation. While Julio developed a bond with his father and his friends, Garrett remained close to his mother and his two younger siblings, and is described as being a protective brother. Despite the hardships of life in poverty, the family's situation brought Garrett and his two younger siblings closer together, and without Julio being a good role model for them, Garrett sought to take on the responsibilities normally exhibited by older siblings. He frequently rallies his younger siblings to help clean up the house, helps them with their homework, and tucks young Evan into bed at night.

While Garrett personally preferred life back home, given how much closer together his family was back then, he's also embraced the benefits of living in SimVille. He is close friends with Evan Newbie.

In K6ka's novel For my little brother,^{[n 1]} Garrett is the protagonist and main character of the story. His personality closely resembles that of the Garrett in SimVille, and he is also described as being a second-born child who bears the responsibilities of the eldest sibling. In For my little brother, Garrett joins a street gang in an attempt to pay for his younger brother's schooling, but is arrested as a result.
