Built in 1797 by John Henry Hamilton I , this mansion features 6 bedrooms in the main house and 6 bedrooms in the guest house, in total the estate consists of 12 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms in the main house and the guest house consists of 5 bathrooms as well. The house was built after John Henry came into lots of money. The story of how he obtained his wealth is unknown to anyone ( even his own family members) . As the years flew by this luxurious home obtained more and more stories to tell. For instance, was Edward Allan Hamilton II actually killed by blood enforce trauma when a bookshelf fell on him? Also, who was Himran Samuel Maddox - Hamilton? What did he do? Aside from these stories the Mansion does boast of a beautiful entrance hall, a study, a library, a recreational room, a huge living room, a huge dinning room that has hosted some of Hampshire's finest dinner parties, 5 luxurious bedrooms, a master suite, and a pool house that was built in 1885 for the family. The house also features a special security system.
