Vice Captain Hazel Jackson (nee Brioche) is mother of Johanna and Jackson and former charge of Moonlight Bay Police and its was partnered with Sergeant Annen, after Annen's reassigned position and Annen promoted to Lieutenant, assigned to Sunset Valley while sergeant's office were vacant, Deputy Chief Elliott and IAB Lieutenant Voight told her she is in charge of this department and want her take captain's exam. in 2019, Hazel is married to IAB Sergeant Jackson and She is promoted as a Captain and took over Captain Hang's office in IAB as IAB Captain.
